5. Our technical team have carefully investigated, though unfortunately 
6. we can't give you a conclusive answer without seeing the products themselves, 
7. but l've checked our records and we haven't had any similar complaints.

9. We source all our products from reputable suppliers whose quality controls are rigorous and usually very effective.

11. However, in view of your experience we'll keep an especially close eye on this as a precautionary measure.
